Finder is proud to announce a new addition to its leading 40 Series range: an AC coil version of its Type 40.62 2 CO 10 A Miniature PCB / Plug-in relay. At only 12.4 mm wide, this range is used in a variety of industrial applications such as process control, automated production lines and machine tools, and in sectors such as medical and dentistry equipment, electrical control panels and distribution boards. It is also widely used in the commercial and residential sectors in applications such as vending machines, automatic gates, doors and barriers; electric curtains, blinds and shutters and again, in electrical control panels and distribution boards. Being for both direct PCB or socket mounting makes the Type 40.62 a truly flexible high-spec miniature relay.
This latest addition to the 40 Series range boasts a low consumption coil, protection category RTII flux-proof for the standard version (with an optional RTIII wash-tight version), and an ambient temperature range of -40 … +85ºC. The new AC coil version will be available in September 2020, with all coil voltage options offered by the current 40 Series relay range.
One of the great features of the Finder 40 Series of miniature PCB / Plug-in relays is its wide range of safety approvals, making it suitable for use in all the world’s most important markets.
For direct PCB mounting or for use with the 95 Series sockets with both Push-in and screw terminals. The Type 40.62 has been designed to conform to the glow wire test as required by IEC EN 60335-1, so the relay is particularly suitable for industrial, commercial or residential applications where electrical safety, and the reduction of risk is paramount.
